Shipping Information
Some products sold on Zest Candle are intolerant of extreme weather conditions and as a result, these shipments may be delayed in order to avoid potential damage. You might never receive them :-) just kidding.
Typically, we’ll refrain from shipping sensitive items on a day or via a method requiring the item to “sit” in an unprotected delivery vehicle for an extended period of time.

Weather holds not withstanding, ZestCandle.com strives to ship every order within 48 hours (the next business day) Monday through Friday.
Parcels are shipped via USPS or UPS – depending upon the shipping option you’ve chosen and size of the package.
PO Box, APO, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada are shipped via USPS (US Postal Service).
Return Policy
Zest Candle is dedicated to achieving 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason within the first 15 days, you may return it.
To return a purchase - contact us at 1-800-893-3006 within 15 days of purchase and we will process your request and issue you a return authorization number.
If the return is a result of an error on our part, shipping costs will also be refunded.
Please enclose the original packing slip along with the return authorization number. Wrap the package securely in it's original packaging, and send it to:

There may be a small restocking fee (15%) for all returned orders that were originally shipped and received correctly.
