Return Policy:

We take great pride in the quality of our merchandises. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Jeco Inc., you can return your item(s) for a refund within 30 days of purchase. (Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.)

The easiest way for you to return the merchandise is to send our friendly customer service a message.

Below is our return process:

  • Find order number from the e-mail notification that we've sent to you when your order was created. There should also be a packing slip in the shipping box which contains your order info.
Please state the reason for returning and your order number, and returning for store credit or refund. You will get a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number in the reply e-mail once it is approved.

  • You will get a response from us within 48 hours during our normal business days with return instruction.
  • Please write your RMA number on outside out shipping box.

Make sure the merchandise is in its original packaging, (e.g., retail box, shoebox), and place it in a shipping box. A small 15% restocking fee will be applied towards all returns.

You may drop off your return at any carrier. Return shipping charge will not be refunded. We suggest that you use shipping service with tracking or delivery confirmation number to ensure that the return reaches us. We are not responsible for any lost package for return shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected by the Zest Candle Fulfillment Centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. If you return for a store credit, you will receive an e-mail with instruction on how to redeem through Zestcandle.

Payment Policy:

Zest Candle currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal for all orders placed through ZestCandle.

We understands that the safety of your personal information is extremely important to you. We use a wide array of electronic and physical security measures and devices to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorized access.

Shipping Policy:
We ship orders during standard business hours, Monday - Friday. All transit times are calculated in business days (Sat-Sun and Holidays do not apply). Our normal handling time is 2 business days; however, orders received prior to 12:00 PST are usually ship the same business day. While placing an order please consider the processing time. Your order will be shipped using the shipping service you request. If you place an order on a weekend day or national holiday it will be processed the next available business day.

Packages 9lb and under:
We use UPS mail service and the delivery attempt is by Postal Office. The usual transit time is 2-7 days. You can track your order from UPS.

Packages over 9lb:
We ship by UPS Ground. The usual transit time is 2-5 days. Please note UPS can only deliver to physical addresses.

We cannot guarantee that order cancellations made via email will be caught and canceled. Telephoning us will insure the cancellation of your order and prevent unwanted charges and shipments.

Customer may be charged an additional SHIPPING fee for any refused or undelivered shipment due to customer's incorrect addressed entered on the order form which must reshipped. Any shipment that needs to be re-shipped will be charge at the same shipping charges that apply to the original order.
