If your order has not arrived 48 hours after the expected delivery date, please contact a customer service representative. We will work with UPS or Freight Carrier to locate the order. It generally takes about 7-10 business days for UPS to complete their investigation. A representative will contact you with any updates.
Packages that are sent back to us (after 3 failed delivery attempts) may result in a fee to re-ship the order. There is also a $10 fee for orders that require delivery address changes of any kind after the order has been shipped.
